When does Lettuce Mobile launch?
We’re building it now and negotiating our network agreement. We’ll publish final plans and open sign-ups when that’s signed. The waitlist is the fastest way to hear.
Can I bring my own phone?
Yes. Any unlocked phone that supports our network’s bands works, and eSIM-capable phones can activate instantly. Locked phones need to be unlocked by your current carrier first — usually free once it’s paid off.
Can I keep my number?
Yes. You’ll enter your current account number and transfer PIN during activation and we’ll port it over, usually within minutes for wireless numbers.
Are your phones new or refurbished?
New only. Every device is factory-sealed, sold unlocked, and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Why unlocked?
Because the phone is yours. Unlocked means it works on any carrier, holds its resale value, and you never have to ask us for permission to leave. It also means we can sell it without a contract.
What network does it run on?
A nationwide 5G network — we’ll name our partner at launch. Coverage will match that carrier’s map; your data may be deprioritized during congestion relative to the host carrier’s own customers, which is standard for prepaid.
What happens if I use all my data?
Talk and text keep working. Data slows to 2G-ish speeds until your next cycle, or you can add data any time from your account.
